Store Policies

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!


​Returns

We only send items we know you will love but if for any reason you are unsatisfied we offer a 14 day returns period from the date of delivery which entitles to you to a full  refund, exchange or money towards another item.

Items but be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were dispatched to be eligible for a full refund. Your refund will be made as soon as the return item is received and verified but it may take 5 working days for funds to be credited to your account.

Customs or duty charges will not be refunded.


​Shipping 

We will offer a quote for UK and overseas shipping which will include insurance up to the value of the watch. All watches will be packaged adequately to ensure they arrive with you in the best condition. This may be more than other sellers but rest assured we do not add any mark up on shipping insurance but we do require you to accept these terms as we want you to receive your watch or a full refund if it is lost on transit.

Privacy

​Given the nature of the business and to meet VAT requirements, no sale will be made without buyer/seller full contact details being shared. Hora Watches takes your privacy very seriously and will not share your details with anyone out with any relevant government authorities as required. ​We guarantee the authenticity of all of our watches and all are checked against Watch Register for that extra piece of mind.
